Delivery & Pickup
Pick up and return to Thorneside (4158). Free delivery within the South East Brisbane Bayside area for hire items over $100.00 (subject to availability).
For items over $100.00 and delivery outside the bayside area, please contact me for a quote and availability.
Deposit & Final Payment
In order to secure your hire item and date, a 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The hire item isn't confirmed until your deposit has been received. Proof of payment will be required to secure your booking.
For hire items over $100.00 the balance of payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to your booked date.
For hire items under $100.00 the balance can be paid within 7 days or on collection.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $50 is required for items over $100.00 and $20 for items under $100.00. The deposit will be fully refunded once items returned in the same condition. If any items are missing, or damaged the security deposit will be forfeited.
The deposit can be paid on collection, EFT bank transfer or PayID.
Payment Method
Payment can be made by EFT bank transfer, PayID or cash on pick up for applicable items. Bank account details will be provided at time of booking.
Cancellation
There is no refund on bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior however cancellations prior to this will have any amount paid above the deposit fully refunded.
Any bookings affected by Covid restrictions or lock downs can be postponed free of charge, subject to availability of your new date. If you decide to completely cancel your booking the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Responsibilities & Liabilities
Once the hire items have been collected, the Hirer assumes all responsibilities and liabilities until they have been returned to the Owner. The Hirer is responsible for any injury that may occur to persons over the hire period. The Owner takes no responsibility.
Loss & Damage
Hire items are not intended for use in wet weather conditions as may cause damage to the product.
If any of the Hire items are lost or damaged the Hirer must immediately notify the Owner. The Hirer agrees to pay for all goods lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged or not returned to the Owner.
